Let's be honest. There are a lot of bad real estate agents out there. Many of them don't use the right contracts, are slow to respond, and submit error-filled offer packages routinely to sellers, making you look bad. I don't do those things. You will always hear back from me promptly, I know all of the tricks to make your offer stand out and look professional, and I love teaching people about real estate. My measurement of success is client satisfaction.I was born in Oakland, raised in Lafayette, and attended UCSB. I moved to San Francisco in 2010 and worked as a research analyst for a corporate watchdog firm. In 2013 I had a professional awakening and decided to pursue my real estate license and fulfill my vision of becoming a Realtor. Now I'm living my dream by helping others get their dream homes. When I'm not working, you can find me climbing at Planet Granite or Dogpatch Boulders. I am also an avid soccer fan and love to play in my spare time. I focus on buying and selling condos, and assisting first-time home buyers, educating clients and leading them through the labyrinthian real estate transaction process in San Francisco. Thorough, ethical, and an excellent communicator, I pride myself on attention to detail. What does a real estate agent actually do? I prepare contracts and disclosures; coordinate with photographers, home stagers, painters, contractors, lenders, inspectors, and title companies; and negotiate best prices. I know the proprietary San Francisco real estate contracts inside and out, helping you find leverage for negotiation. I project manage the deal until the close of escrow. Let's do this!
